Possibility to hide fully processed applications

Fully processed applications are still shown in the application summary views of the different roles (Anträge zuweisen, Abstimmen, Veto). It would be nice to hide them somehow. Ideas:

• Filter button 'Hide fully processed' that removes all applications with a certain status, e.g. 'Antrag abgeschlossen'
