Describe your problem

Currently still a lot of communication is offline the PS platform. It would be nice to have some sort of document management possibility that allows for the upload of offline artifacts related to an application, so that all application related documents are held/documented/archived in one place.

Describe the solution you'd like

A possibility to append documents to an application by the Transferstelle. Plus the indication that these documents have been added by the Transferstelle and not the applicant. This does not necessarily mean that the other participants (Antragsteller, UAC) can see these documents.
